Approaching every project methodically, Sharon draws on her diverse experience to ensure we consistently exceed expectations. With her exceptional organizational skills, Sharon is constantly finding creative and innovative solutions to increase efficiencies and to maintain impeccable records for every Southwest Earthwork project.
When she is not using her attention to detail to prioritize client projects, Sharon volunteers her time in various capacities for The Streets Don't Love You Back, a non-profit dedicated to empowering youth through education, helping them to avoid drugs, gangs, violence and abuse. She resides in Phoenix with her son.
