Winters' Well Elementary School's expansion includes additions to existing buildings and parking lots, renovations to an existing courtyard and an entirely new building to be used for additional classroom space.
The addition of a 26,000-square-foot, 850-seat performing arts facility at Benjamin Franklin Charter School's Queen Creek campus gave Southwest Earthwork another opportunity to partner with Waltz Construction.
When Waltz Construction was tasked with building a brand new charter school for BASIS, they chose Southwest Earthwork as their dirt work subcontractor.
Beginning with our work clearing and grubbing the site, Southwest Earthwork also provided surface demolition, building pad over-excavation, cut/fill, asphalt paving, fine grading and more.
Partnering with CHASSE Building Team, Southwest Earthwork completed clearing and grubbing, cut and fill, grading and curb cut lays as well as paving and striping.
In addition to demolition, clearing and grubbing of the 8.5-acre site, Southwest Earthwork provided dirt work, mass grading, paving, striping and signage.
